Matasha and her Mother, Paulita, have now been living at Ronald McDonald House, Westmead for a fortnight while Matasha has been receiving daily treatment at The Children’s’ Hospital, Westmead, in preparation for her surgery.

Matasha is one of six surviving children of Paulita & Ambrose; they have a grandson. The family lives in a highland village west of Wewak in PNG.
