Club Information

The Rotary Club of Mildura Deakin came into being in 1993 as the amalgam of District 9520 pushing for a lunch-time club in Sunraysia, an initiative of the Rotary Club of Irymple to sponsor a new club, and enthusiasm of Rotarians within and moving into Mildura.

In late 2008 the club shifted to a breakfast meeting format - each Wednesday from 7.15am now meeting at the Langtree Cafe  139 Eighth Street, Mildura.

Chartered in April 1994 the club has consistently retained a 50-50 male and female membership base, all relatively young, however also with a relatively high turnover due to business and family pressures.

Membership numbers are steadily growing, currently at 20 members. Family involvement in club activities and programs is always encouraged.
