Catheter Laboratories

PP Ron Marcus has identified two catheter lab projects that will occur during this Rotary year. The first will be the installation of the machine in Suva, Fiji in December. The second project is the upgrade of the machine in Mongolia. An allowance for travel associated with these two projects has been allocated in the budget.

India Hand Water Well Project

The Board has agreed to carry over from  PP Peter Marcer(08-09) his Board’s recommendation to make provision in this year’s budget  for this very important  and vital resource in the inpoverished areas of India.

Shelterbox

At least one Shelterbox has also been budgeted for. In addition, should any particular disaster occur that involves a Shelterbox response, a specific fund raising activity will be launched and these funds will be directed to the Shelterbox program.
