- Park in the Chatswood Chase Food Court and then proceed to the Food Court. Chantilly's is located near the Victoria Avenue entrance, at the opposite end to K-Mart, or
- Park on the street and enter through the Victoria Road entrance to Chatswood Chase and proceed down to the Food Court
