Constitutional matters
The Club's Constitution is prescribed by Rotary International and revised in accordance with changes made by Rotary International's Council on Legislation which meets every three years.
The Club's Bylaws are based on model bylaws adopted by Rotary International's Council on Legislation and must not be inconsistent with the constitution and bylaws of Rotary International, and with the Club's constitution. Additional provisions are included in the Club's bylaws to reflect local legislation and requirements.
