Casual site rates - pay by the day
- $45 per site, per trading day
- Payable before setting up on the day of trading
SAVE $520 a year
by paying monthly in advance

Permanent site rates - pay by the month in advance
- $35 per site, per trading day
- Payable monthly in advance on or by the 1st Sunday of the month - total amount will vary by the number of Sundays in any month
- A discount is available for permanent stall holders with multiple sites
Tables are available for hire at the site office:
Hire rate: $ 5.00
Refundable deposit: $20.00
Site receipts
Please keep your site receipts (the white receipts) with you each trading day, as we may need to check them against our register. No credits or refunds are given for sites after a receipt is issued.
Refund of table hire deposit
Please bring your table hire receipt (the pink receipt) to the Rotary office when you return your table. Your $20 deposit will be refunded on return of the table and presentation of your table hire receipt.
Insurance
It is your (stall holder's) responsibility to ensure that your insurance is taken care of, if any is necessary. It may help you to check with either of the following:
