Display of stock and signage
By trading at the Rotary Markets you:
Sale of acceptable goods
- agree to deep all stock and signage within your paid site, and
- accept that for safety, and fairness to other traders, any trader who continues to display items outside their paid site after they have been asked to move them, may be evicted from the Markets by a member of the Markets Committee.
Traders must comply with all government regulations regarding the type of goods being sold and how they are sold.
The Markets Committee may, after fair warning, contact the police and/or evict traders who display or sell goods that contravene any of these laws, or who display or sell pornographic or counterfeit trademark goods.
Movement of vehicles
Vehicles must not be driven in the car park between 9:00am and 3:30pm.
- Please finish unloading and move your vehicle out of the car park prior to 9:00.
- If you need to use your vehicle for displaying goods, it must be parked wholly within your paid site and must stay on the site until after the Markets close at 3:30pm.
Sites must be left clean at the end of trading. To help with this, bins are provided at various places throughout the Markets area and garbage bags are available free of charge from the Markets office.
We thank you for your help in making the Kingsford Rotary Markets a safe and welcoming place for traders and shoppers alike.
