The purpose of these forms are so that the club can be more involved, if warranted, in our members projects. We have a number of amazing projects going on and we need to support and brag about these at all available opportunities.
Member Project Registration form
This form is for people who already have a project established - I need you to fill out this form and return it to the President and Board - we need to know what you are doing and if we are better able to support you. Please provide complimentary material - videos, photos etc.
Project proposal form
We receive endless requests for support from individuals, organisations, members and other Rotary clubs - the purpose of this form is for our members to investigate requests they receive and if they feel them worthy for these requests to then come to the club for review and possible support.
