Rotary District 9680 in New South Wales is the premier District of Sydney, Australia. It's boundaries stretch from the southern shores of Sydney Harbour, west to the Parramatta River and Kellyville, reaching across the Hawkesbury River and north to Toukley on the Central Coast.
Within its boundaries are the business districts of North Sydney, Chatswood, Gosford and the Ryde industrial area. Beautiful beaches define its eastern border, and rural communities make up its western and northern borders.

That portion including New South Wales north of the southern shores of Port Jackson, Parramatta River, James Ruse Drive, Kissing Point Road, Bettington Road, Statham Avenue to North Rocks Road, Hampden Street, Woodbury Street, Panora Avenue, from the junction of Panora Avenue [and] Woodbury Street, around the watercourse to a point opposite the eastern end of Rutherglen Road[,] thence along Darling Mills Creek, Campbell Street, Hammers Road, Old Windsor Road, Windsor Road, Boundary Road, Boundary Road. Cattai Ridge Road, Cattai Creek, Hawkesbury River to Lower Portland, due north to south latitude 33 degrees 7 minutes 30 seconds, along south latitude 33 degrees 7 minutes 30 seconds to South Pacific Ocean.
