Jarrad an apprentice at Roly’s Automotive was most impressive and from the start of his apprenticeship demonstrated that he would be a committed and valuable employee.  He has shown that he is technically a great mechanic, but his interpersonal skills, leadership, initiative and eagerness to undertake additional training is what makes him outstanding.
