PRESIDENT'S WELCOME

Welcome to the website of the Rotary Club of Corrimal.

 

I am honoured to be the president for the 3rd time during our Club’s 52nd year. We are an active, enthusiastic and progressive club, where the members enjoy each other`s company and work very well together as a team and are united in serving others.

 

We believe we are helping to make a difference to the underprivileged and needy in Corrimal, in New South Wales, in Australia and in the world by our involvement in local and international projects. We are strong supporters of the Rotary youth programs. We support our local schools with donation of dictionaries to year 6 students and sponsoring of encouragement and service awards. We recognise local community members and organisations by Community Service and Small Business Awards.

LET US BBQ FOR YOU


Our Club is able to cater for your barbecue needs, large or small, at competitive prices. Whether you gather as a small informal group or are planning a large state or national sporting event we are able to provide for your catering needs. We have a purpose-built mobile catering service including: 
    • A caravan with a five burner BBQ plate; 
    • Additional portable BBQ plates; 
    • Portable cool-room; 
    • A generator to provide electricity; 
    • Tea urns, bain maries and coffee machines. 
The club’s Public Liability insurance has a policy limit of $30 million and club members sign "Attachment 4 - Prohibited Employment Declaration" forms created by the NSW Commission for Children and Young People. Events where we sell food are registered with the NSW Food Authority.

So if you are planning an event where you require managed catering services, please consider the Rotary Club of Corrimal. Any profits are deployed on community projects both in Australia and overseas and all Club Members volunteer their time.
