It is not for the money,
It is not for the fame,
It is not for any personal gain,
It is just for the love of fellow man
It is just to lend a helping hand,
It is just to give a little of self,
It is to do something you can't buy with wealth,
It is not medals worn with pride,
It is for the feeling deep inside,
It is the reward down in your heart,
It is the feeling you've been part
of helping others far and near,
That makes you a Rotarian

What is Rotary?

Rotary is a group of men and women who enjoy social and business networking and who are aware of how much good can be accomplished when people come together to achieve worthwhile outcomes. For 45 years The Rotary Club of Five Dock has been active in the local community.  In the last few years The Rotary Club of Five Dock has raised funds for the purchase of boats and equipment for Sailability at Dobroyd Aquatic Club, Concord Hospital Cancer Centre, Cystic Fibrosis Federation and for the purchase and maintenance of two motorised wheelchairs for the North Shore Hospital Spinal Unit.

The Rotary Club of Five Dock meets most Mondays for about two hours from 6.30pm at Club Five Dock to enjoy a meal, hear from guest speakers and to discuss forthcoming activities. Dropping in on a meeting is a great way to see what Rotary is about.

A perfect day out for 46 Rotarians, family and friends.  Next year will be the James Craig.
