As a Member of the e-Club I am always looking for new ways to get our name out into the Community. Through my love of photography and a friend at the Gold Coast Show Society, Rick and I decided to sponsor a category in the Photographic Section in the name of the Rotary e-Club of NextGen. The e-Club’s name was in all the Creative Arts Programmes, on the website as well as displayed prominently at the Gold Coast Show itself.
The day before the Show opened I was able to go and look at the many wonderful pieces of artwork with the official judge and one stood out to me that I thought was awesome. So Congratulations to Sachin Lalloo for winning the Overall Photography Award (it is the eye photo and if you look closely it has an image of a concert audience in it). It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to doing it every year.
